Recycled Dress
I was asked to participate in the Right Brain Initiative’s Shift fashion event. I constructed this dress out of old vinyl records and compact disks that I cut into an infinitely tessellating pattern of my design. The base of the dress is constructed from an interlocking version of the same pattern that was cut from heat treated plastic bags. The dress also contains recycled tissue paper and tape. I spent $2.30 on materials to create this garment.
